Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can(s) chopped green chilies, drained
2 c milk
1-1/3 c bisquick
4 medium eggs
2 tomatoes - diced
1 c shredded cheese of your choice (approx 4 oz)
1 can(s) sliced black olives
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded lettuce
1 can(s) small can of corn, drained

Steps
1- Brown ground beef; drain and add chopped onion and taco seasoning (with water as package directs) but remember you want this pretty dry not real wet.
2- Take above meat mixture and spread on the bottom of a deep dish pie pan, sprinkle green chilies & small can of drained corn.
3- Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs until smooth. Pour over the meat mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins
4- Once this is done remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the top and place back in oven until cheese melts and is golden brown. Once cheese melts insert a knife to make sure it comes out clean so you know your bisquick topping is done.
5- Cool for 5 min and service with diced tomatoes; sour cream and lettuce. You can always put some corn chips on the side.
