Bisquick Lemon Pie



2 cups milk
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
¼ cup butter melted and cooled
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup lemon juice bottled is fine


01. Spray a 9-inch pie plate generously with cooking spray.
02. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2 cups milk, ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup Bisquick baking mix, 4 eggs, ¼ cup butter, 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract, ¼ cup lemon juice
03. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes then pour the pie filling into the greased pie plate. Let it rest for 5 minutes before placing it in the oven.
04. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and allow the pie to cool before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers. May be served straight from the fridge if you prefer it chilled.
