cup cut-up cooked turkey
cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
cup canned condensed chicken broth
cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
teaspoon poultry seasoning
cup fat-free (skim) milk
1Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
2In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
3Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Mixed greens tossed with mandarin orange segments and a fat-free vinaigrette makes a healthful side for pot pie.
For another meal, mix the leftover cream soup and broth; toss in leftover veggies and cooked rice or pasta, then heat for a hearty soup meal.
