cups Original Bisquick™ mix
lb uncooked lean (at least 80%) ground beef
cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
cup grated Parmesan cheese
cup dill pickle relish
Ketchup and mustard, if desired
1Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan.
2In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except ketchup and mustard, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.
3Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
4Make-Ahead Directions: Make as directed through step 2. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours. Uncover, and bake as directed in step 3.
Use ground turkey in place of the ground beef for a twist on a turkey burger.
