Steps

1Heat oven to 450°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Stir together Bisquick and very hot water; beat 20 strokes until soft dough forms.

2Press dough in pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with remaining ingredients.

3Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

- “To make a delicious herb crust, I stir 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves into the Bisquick before adding the water.”
- “My kids like Extra-Easy Cheesy Pizza. I leave off the pepperoni, mushrooms and bell pepper and instead top with the mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.”
- “We like leftover pizza! To reheat, simply heat the oven to 400º F. Wrap pizza loosely in aluminum foil. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until hot.”
