lb gluten-free bulk Italian pork sausage

large onion, chopped (1 cup)

medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

can (8 oz) gluten-free pizza sauce

oz gluten-free sliced pepperoni
Steps

1Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray (without flour).

2In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, basil, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.

3Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook sausage, onion and bell pepper over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; drain if necessary.

4Spread pizza sauce over partially baked crust. Top with pepperoni and sausage mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
